Getting here
Our mountain restaurant is located directly on the ski slope on the descent from the Astberglift/Sonnenlift ski lifts over the Hausberg to the
Ellmau cable car Hartkaiserbahn
The toboggan run (Rodelbahn) from the Astberglift passes by us and is also lit up in the evening (until midnight!). For winter hikers there is also a trail that leads to our snack bar.
Approach by car
By car you can reach us via the Hausbergstraße. The road to the mountain restaurant is an asphalt road and toll-free. There is a parking place in front of the mountain restaurant.

By Walking
Pedestrians can either walk up the road from Ellmau for approx. 1. hour towards the Hausberg or take the Astberglift from Going, via the Brenner Alm to Treichlhof in approx. 20 minutes.
Skiers
Skiers can come via the Hartkaiserbahn valley station with the Hausberg ski lift, then head in the direction of the Going Astberglift, then take the Sonnenalmbahn with their skis past the Sonnalm and Brenner Alm to Treichlhof.
Tobogganists
Tobogganists can take the chairlift up to the Astberglift and follow the signs “zum Treichlhof” which will lead you right to our cosy restaurant
